Sales Representative to join our growing team and help expand our reach.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business through lead generation, cold calling, client visits, and relationship-building. This role requires a self-driven professional with excellent communication skills and the perseverance to succeed in a competitive environment.
What You’ll Do- Cold-call in person on businesses daily in and around Nashville, TN and surrounding areas to generate leads and drive new sales.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Present and demonstrate A-1 Chemical and Gen Pac’s products to potential customers.
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally for client visits required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Must have perseverance and resilience to overcome challenges.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday–Friday
- Hybrid (office/field work) with weekly in-office requirement
