Outside Sales Representative – Steel Industry (TN / AR / KY)
We’re hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to cover Tennessee and Arkansas primarily
, with limited responsibility in Kentucky
. This is a great opportunity for a true road warrior who thrives on face-to-face selling.
- Territory:
TN, AR, KY (must live in territory) - Travel:
Tuesday–Friday
, primarily by car - Mileage reimbursed at $0.725/mile
- Hotels, meals, and customer entertainment covered
- Base salary + commission (commensurate with experience)
- Manage and grow customer relationships across a multi-state territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Represent a specialized steel client
- Work independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Outside B2B sales experience (
steel industry preferred
) - Knowledge of the TN / AR / KY market
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Marketing)
- Comfortable with frequent travel and territory management
- Onboarding program covering products, processes, and operations
