Salary: $75,000-$90,000/year* (includes base and commission)

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You'd Do in This Role:
You'll drive consistent acquisition revenue for Smart Dollar by owning your sales goals, managing a clean and accurate pipeline, and confidently guiding prospects from first conversation to close. In this role, you'll identify client needs, tailor presentations that solve real problems, and leverage Smart Dollar's tools and messaging to move opportunities forward. You'll operate with discipline inside Salesforce, forecast accurately, and secure clear next steps on every call.
Success requires strong pipeline management, proactive prospecting, collaboration with marketing and leadership, and a self-motivated, go-getter mindset that takes ownership of results-not waiting on others to create momentum.
You're Probably a Match If:
* You have sales experience with a track record of managing a pipeline and driving revenue growth.
* You're a self-starter and go-getter who takes ownership of your performance and development.
* You understand prospecting cadence, pipeline stages, and forecasting discipline.
* You have high "people smarts" and can quickly build rapport while asking strong discovery questions.
* You're coachable, competitive, and motivated to grow beyond just hitting quota.
What Winning Looks Like:
* You consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual acquisition goals.
* Your pipeline is clean, accurate, and easy to forecast at any time.
* Every opportunity has a clear next step, correct dollar value, and realistic close date.
* You tailor your messaging to each prospect's motivations and pain points.
* You actively sharpen your craft through training, call reviews, and implementation of feedback.
