This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Executive based in Nashville, TN. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies for customer retention. Additional responsibilities include attending client meetings, developing tailored solutions for their needs, managing sales pipelines, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires strong communication, organization, and strategic planning skills.
Qualifications- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and account management
- Proficiency in developing and executing customer engagement and retention strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Outstanding organizational and time‑management abilities for managing sales pipelines
- Prior experience in a sales‑driven environment or facility management is preferred
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory
