As an Account Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing them with exceptional service and support. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and will work closely with them to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives. • Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships with them
• Understand clients' business objectives and provide solutions to meet their needs
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide timely and effective support
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling
• Conduct regular check‑ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
• Prepare and present reports on client performance and progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in account management or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the production industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Detail‑oriented and organized
