Insurance Sales Representative

Largest Allstate Insurance agency in Tennessee is seaking a driven and motivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales person who is already Property & Casualty Insurance licensed with experience and track record in the Nashville, TN market who is looking for a change and better compensation opportunity! - If not already licensed (must attain) a background in the real estate/mortgage world will be successful too!
Our Sales Team earns in excess of $100k per person / per year and this position should as well with a reasonable base pay and a considerable commission structure based on sales success!
Personality must be positive, outgoing with the ability to relate with referral sources and willingness to engage with organizations and community involvement. We will help provide guidance, resources, connections, training and other assitance to promote success!
