Title: Residential Outreach Representative (Entry Level)

Location: Nashville, TN (In-Person)
Pay: $800 – $1,300 per week (Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses & Mileage)
Job Type: Full-Time | Weekly Pay

Kulia is expanding in Nashville and partnering with well-known nonprofit organizations to connect with the local community through residential outreach. We’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who want to start a career in sales, outreach, or communications — no prior experience required.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with community members face-to-face on behalf of nonprofit partners
• Share the mission, programs, and impact of each organization
• Answer questions and guide supporters through the sign-up process
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
• Represent our clients professionally in the field
