Jet Right Aerospace is seeking a driven Outside Sales Specialist to grow new business and build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients throughout the greater Nashville area. This is a true hunter role for someone who thrives on outbound sales, networking, and delivering a white-glove client experience.

If you’re motivated by building your own book of business, enjoy being out in the market, and want to represent a premium private aviation brand—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business with affluent individuals, executives, and entrepreneurs
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and local events
  • Present private aviation solutions including charter services, deposit accounts, and aircraft management
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client travel needs and delivering concierge-level service
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance in Hub Spot CRM
  • Represent Jet Right at Nashville-area networking and industry events
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Experience teams
  • Share market insights and competitive intelligence with leadership
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate conversations, build trust, and close new relationships
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-management skill
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating in a high-expectation, results-oriented environmenti>
  • Experience using a CRM platform (Hub Spot preferred)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Availability for occasional weekend engagement and special initiatives
Nice to Have
  • Consultative or solution-based selling experience
  • Experience selling premium or luxury services
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or social platforms
