The Commercial HVAC Account Manager will be responsible for bringing in new business and creating long‑term customer relationships to help grow the service sales aspect of the company. We expect a driven individual who is a self‑starter and a team player. You will be given all the tools needed to succeed, and the sales manager will take the time to teach and help you develop your career.
Cell Phone & Laptop, Vehicle or Stipend & Gas Card will be provided.
Responsibilities and Duties- Scheduling meetings with potential new customers
- Managing personal relationships with key account contacts to create long‑term partnerships
- Scheduling maintenance, service, and installation jobs with the dispatch and technician team
- Creating sales and contact reports for sales meetings
- Meeting and exceeding goals established by the sales manager
- Minimum high school education
- College education preferred
- 2+ years of B2B account manager sales experience
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, responsible, coachable, team‑oriented
