Manage high-volume inbound business sales calls to identify customer needs and recommend suitable wireless solutions;
Conduct customer research and build sales quotes using product knowledge and sales tools to support informed purchasing decisions;
Partner with verification, credit underwriting, and fraud teams to validate new business customers and prevent fraudulent activity;
Follow lead management processes to qualify customers and ensure compliance with fraud prevention protocols;
Collaborate with field sales teams to facilitate deal partnerships across small and medium business and enterprise segments
