Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Jr. Sales and Account Management Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing and expanding existing client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
  • Provide consultative sales approach and effectively communicate the value of Chartis Research offerings to potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and records in CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor analysis
  • Represent Chartis Research at industry conferences, events, and client meetings
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role
  • Experience selling B2B solutions or services, ideally within the financial technology or professional services industry
  • Strong network of industry contacts and ability to develop new relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as required

Salary Range: $65, + Commission Scheme and other perks and benefits, dependent on experience.
