What You'll Do
  • Drive revenue growth by executing strategic territory plans, meeting sales goals, and supporting national objectives.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, clinical partners, and key customers to expand market reach.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and application support to ensure customers feel confident and cared for.
  • Travel throughout your assigned territory to visit existing accounts, prospect new opportunities, and stay connected to market needs.
  • Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and recommend process improvements that elevate performance and customer experience.
  • Partner across internal teams-including service, support, customer experience, marketing, and finance-to ensure smooth operations and delighted customers.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, review performance metrics, and continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales approach.
