Orange theory Fitness is a trendsetting cutting-edge fitness organization with 2,000+ locations open in the US, Canada and internationally. We are currently seeking a qualified Sales Associate that is keen on driving sales and service excellence for our group fitness training facility in East Nashville, TN.

The Sales Associate position is a critical role that is accountable for membership sales, flawless customer service and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive and passion for growing the OTF membership base and providing high-touch customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively sells customized OTF memberships and other studio products

• Multitask effectively and thrive in high-energy environment will maintaining productivity requirements

• Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive experience

• Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems

• Make sales calls and follow up calls/customer care calls with ease

• Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders

• Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post) shift activities

• Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area

• Systematically contacts prospective clients and current members to increase memberships and improve member retention

• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns

• Process accurately onboarding documents for new members

• Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure a flawless on-boarding & member experience

• Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs and team meetings

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A POSITIVE ATTITUDE and a genuine passion for health & wellness

• Excellent presentation skills and driven by changing lives

• Able to multitask and thrive in a busy ever-changing environment

• Excellent customer service skills - including face-to-face and over the phone

• Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)

• Functional computer skills required - MS Office basic program

• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Mon - 4:30am - 11:00am
Tues - 2:30PM - 7:30PM
Wed - OFF
Thurs - 2:30PM - 7:30PM
Fri - 11:00AM - 4:30PM

* Sat - 7:00AM - 1:00PM
Sun - OFF

* shift includes 2 Saturdays per month - full-time also available if interested
