This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nashville, TN. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing inside sales activities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Tasks include lead generation, conducting outbound sales outreach, maintaining professional communication with potential and existing clients, and collaborating closely with the sales team to meet company goals.
Qualifications- Experience with Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development activities
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and prospecting strategies
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience using CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
