$65,000 – $95,000+ annually
Base Pay + Personal Production Bonus & Commissions

What You’ll Own- Daily canvass team production
- Appointment-setting volume + quality
- Training and onboarding new canvassers
- Field ride-alongs and live coaching
- Tracking team KPIs (sets, demos, conversions)
- Culture, energy, and accountability
You are responsible for results — not activity.
