Nashville Sales Team

Our teams have the freedom to create their own schedule! Set lunch meetings with prospective clients, explore your territory, perform marketing drop-offs, and use creativity to grow First Team’s book of business. Collaborate with your team and celebrate wins as a unit!

• Partner with your Branch Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Explore sales leads identified by your branches recruitment team.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, networking, and social media channels.
• Set up meetings with prospective clients through value add communication.
• Participate in social and industry events on behalf of our company.
• Work with Executives in regards to goal tracking, sale tracking, and prospect development.

Earn $75,000.00 - $ per year + Uncapped Commission
