This is an entry-level position with the potential to grow into an Outside Rental Representative role within 1-5 years. You'll gain hands‑on experience with customer engagement, sales support, and rental operations, building a strong foundation for a long‑term career in the equipment industry.

• Call potential customers to determine equipment rental needs, set up accounts, and transact business.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up appointments for outside sales reps.
• Re‑engage dormant and inactive customers to uncover future rental opportunities.
• Communicate special offers, promotions, and updates via phone, email, text, and other channels.

• Excellent communication skills.
• High energy level with a positive, proactive approach.
• Self‑starter with strong initiative.
• Sales or sales‑related experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Heavy Equipment industry experience preferred but not required.
