Tiello is partnered with a leading Architectural Metals Contractor & Manufacturer
, seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join their team. This role is designed for a motivated sales professional with some industry experience who is ready to grow into a Project Sales Executive position
, eventually taking ownership of accounts and territories.
Summary:
The ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years of experience in construction sales, estimating, or project coordination, with a strong desire to build long-term client relationships and expand market share in architectural metal systems. This is a mid-level position with the expectation of rapid growth into a leadership sales role.
Project Types:- Metal wall panels & cladding
- Curtain wall & glazing systems
- Manage and grow relationships with general contractors, architects, and developers in the assigned territory.
- Support business development by prospecting new accounts and following up on bid opportunities.
- Assist in preparing accurate takeoffs, estimates, and proposals.
- Partner with senior sales executives to learn company systems, pricing strategies, and project workflows.
- Attend site visits, bid meetings, and client presentations.
- Track pipeline activity and provide regular forecasting updates to leadership.
- Take increasing ownership of projects and accounts, building toward full responsibility as a Project Sales Executive.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry associations to expand visibility.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, estimating, or project support within construction (architectural metals, façade, curtain wall, roofing, or similar trades preferred).
- Proven ability to build client relationships and contribute to sales growth.
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, construction documents, and project scopes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to CRM and estimating software a plus.
- Driven, competitive personality with a willingness to learn and grow into a senior sales role.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass background/drug screening.
