* Job Description:

**** Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
*** Acts as the main point of contact for all builder matters, concerns and needs.
* Builds and strengthens client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
* Maintains accurate builder records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals as required
* Develops a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
* Takes inquiries and requests from builders to address service needs
* Stays on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
* Meets regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve service to builders
* Generates progress reports to give to Sales Manager and leadership
* Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
* Keeps management informed on competitive positions and action as well provide feedback on competitive positioning
* Keeps Senior Management informed of activities and progress toward established sales goals & objectives
* Completes required reports and related documents promptly and accurately. Ensure the accuracy of all reports and accounting records
* Continually searches for ways to improve results and effectiveness.

* Minimum Requirements:

*** 1+ years of sales or related experience
* High school diploma or GED
* Intermediate computer skills and able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Valid driver's license required
* Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required.

*** 3-5 years of sales experience within a construction/HVAC or home services environment
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and receiving positive feedback

* Working Conditions:

*** Partial time spent in an open office environment
* May be exposed to construction environments involving equipment, elevated work areas, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials and odors

* Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE
