We’re partnering with a respected organization seeking an Admissions & Sales Coordinator to serve as a trusted resource for clients and families throughout the admissions process. This is a strong opportunity for someone with a background in consultative sales, account management, customer success, or client services who knows how to build trust, explain information clearly, and guide people through important decisions.

Full-time
- Serve as a warm, professional first point of contact for prospective clients and their families
- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and clearly explain available programs and services
- Build trust, identify individual needs, and guide families through the full admissions process
- Address questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
- Coordinate admissions communications and handoffs across internal teams
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate electronic records
- Track conversations and interactions using internal systems and CRM tools
- Manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional client experience
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and family information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in consultative sales, account management, customer success, admissions, client services, or another high-touch customer-facing role
- Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport and guide sensitive conversations
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems, documentation, data entry, or electronic records
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
