Service Sales Representative

Our client is seeking a driven, relationship focused Service Sales Representative to grow their recurring revenue business through monitoring, inspection, testing, service, and maintenance agreements across our portfolio of low voltage systems, including fire alarm, fire extinguishers, ERRCS, CCTV, access control, intrusion, gates, audio visual, and structured cabling. This is an outside business development role requiring an active networker who is comfortable prospecting, developing new relationships, and expanding existing customer accounts.

Looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, brings fresh ideas to the table, and can help create innovative service offerings that differentiate client in the marketplace. The ideal candidate has experience selling service agreements or technical solutions within the low voltage, life safety, security, or building technologies industry. Strong communication skills, a customer first mindset, and the ability to build long term partnerships are essential.

This position offers significant growth potential for someone who demonstrates initiative, leadership qualities, and the desire to help build and lead a best in class service sales organization.

• Outside business development and relationship driven sales professional
• Experience selling recurring service, maintenance, monitoring, or inspection agreements preferred
• Industry experience in low voltage, fire alarm, electronic security, life safety, or building technologies strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach
• Comfortable calling on end users, facility managers, property managers, contractors, and decision makers
• Strong networking presence with the ability to build long term customer relationships
• Creative thinker who brings new ideas for service offerings and recurring revenue programs
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive growth
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems

• Sell monitoring, inspection, testing, maintenance, and service agreements
• Develop new customer relationships through outbound business development
• Expand recurring revenue within existing customer base
• Identify opportunities across fire alarm, extinguisher, ERRCS, CCTV, access control, intrusion, gates, audio visual, and structured cabling systems
• Develop proposals, present solutions, and close recurring service agreements
• Help create new managed services and value added service offerings
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records
• Represent client at networking events, industry associations, and customer meetings
