• Introduce prospective members to the Orange theory experience.
• Recommend membership options based on each person’s goals.
• Follow up with leads through phone, text, and email.
• Help achieve studio membership and retention goals through exceptional service.

• Ensure every visit feels welcoming, professional, and personal.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns with confidence and care.
• Celebrate member milestones and accomplishments.
• Partner with coaches to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience.

• Maintain accurate member records using Orange theory systems.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Keep the lobby and studio clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We can teach sales—we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow.

• Monday: 4:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• Tuesday: 4:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• Thursday: 4:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• Friday: 4:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• Saturday/Sunday: 1 Weekend Day Per Week (which day depends on business need)

Full-Time positions include medical benefits AND paid time off.
