- Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
- Meet directly with homeowners to assess needs
- Diagnose and educate homeowners about home issues
- Design customized foundation repair and water management solutions
- Utilize warm, pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business
- Estimate repairs and provide generated job proposals
- Close sales with customers in their homes
- Maintain customer relationships while tracking the sales lead pipeline
- Manage and grow the sales territory
- Report to the home branch for sales team initiatives and meetings
- Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction
- 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience in a commission, B2C, or in-home sales environment is a plus
- Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus
- Ability to travel within the sales territory
- Ability to attend a mandatory 3-week regional training class
Demonstrates strong sales capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management, while effectively diagnosing and designing solutions for home improvement needs.
