- Develop and execute business plans to ensure efficient and effective coverage of assigned territory or business line.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of company products.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies and tactics.
- Achieve sales targets for assigned products.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
- Attend trade shows and conferences.
- Ideal Candidate would have industrial electric motor and Pump knowledge.
- Proficiency in analyzing and designing products, machines, systems, and structures.
- Familiarity with regulations and standards related to equipment safety and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address technical issues.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
- Complete a satisfactory nationwide MVR and criminal background check.
