Ramsey's radio affiliate network is a three-decade legacy that keeps The Ramsey Show reaching people in every corner of the country, and this role is where that legacy lives and grows. You'll build and maintain relationships with radio stations nationwide, staying responsive and proactive so every affiliate feels like a priority partner rather than a name on a list. Because Ramsey is independently syndicated, these relationships are the strategic asset that keeps the show on the air, and you'll also own the radio marketing budget and strategy that supports them.

You'll be the face Ramsey shows to the radio industry, at conferences and in every partner conversation. You're not a small piece of a big machine here. You're the relationship.

• You understand how the radio business works, including how stations make decisions, what affiliates care about, and how syndication deals come together.
• You build relationships that last, the kind where program directors and general managers trust you for years, not just one deal.
• You manage details as well as you manage people, keeping contracts, budgets, and day-to-day logistics from ever slipping.
• You've shaped a marketing budget and strategy before, and you know how to make advertising dollars work harder.
• You genuinely believe in helping people win with money, and partners can tell the difference between someone doing a job and someone living the mission.
• You can hold a large volume of relationships at once and keep every one of them moving forward, without being afraid to make the ask.
• You've got exposure to media syndication, content distribution, or podcast networks, and you're comfortable using tools like Salesforce to track relationship health and guide decisions with data.
• You bring existing relationships in radio or broadcast media, particularly in markets where Ramsey is looking to grow.

• Staying ahead of affiliate needs with regular, unsolicited touchpoints that offer tools, opportunities, and resources.
• Prioritizing time and attention on Ramsey's most important affiliate stations, and responding quickly whenever they need something.
• Keeping the network affiliate stations across large, midsize, and small markets.
• Building a reputation in the radio industry as the person to call about The Ramsey Show, through conferences and ongoing relationships.
• Tracking industry news and trends closely enough to spot new opportunities before they become obvious.
