Rooms To Go seeks a Sales Professional to join our high-energy retail showroom team. In this customer-focused role, you'll guide shoppers through our furniture and room-package options, using consultative selling to match style, budget, and function. You'll maintain strong product knowledge, present pricing and financing clearly, and ensure accurate order entry. Partnering closely with logistics and delivery teams, you help create a smooth end-to-end experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage showroom customers, identifying needs and style preferences
• Provide consultative furniture and room-package recommendations
• Prepare and present product, pricing, and financing options
• Process sales orders accurately using showroom systems
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams for on-time fulfillment
• Maintain product knowledge of features, materials, and promotions
• Merchandise showroom displays to support sales initiatives
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales and performance targets
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up after delivery
• Support weekend, evening, and holiday retail schedules
