Multimedia Account Executive

Position Overview

Cumulus Media in Nashville, TN seeks a motivated, creative sales professional to serve as a Multimedia Account Executive for Titans Radio. The role focuses on developing new business, building relationships, and delivering results across audio, digital, and experiential platforms to tap into the passion of NFL fans.

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business through networking and client meetings.
• Conduct needs analysis, manage CRM pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Sell advertising solutions across broadcast, digital, experiential, and programmatic platforms.
• Develop multimedia strategies integrating branding and performance objectives.
• Meet and exceed annual sales quotas ($500K–$750K) through proactive engagement.
• Deliver compelling presentations demonstrating multimedia solutions for client goals.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to meet client objectives and maximize cross‑channel opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred/required).
• Proven success in media sales (broadcast and digital).
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic, social, and mobile.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

USD $4,000.00 – $6,700.00 per year (guaranteed income for the first year, with additional commission opportunities).
