Vice President of Sales

Pinnacle Search has been retained by a large, national services organization to identify a Vice President of Commercial Field Sales.

This executive will lead a large, geographically dispersed B2B sales organization and own the strategy and execution for a commercial business generating approximately $$$ million in annual revenue.

The role will lead multiple layers of sales leadership and an outside sales organization of more than 250 professionals across the U.S.

• • Lead and develop a large, multi-region commercial field sales organization
• • Build and execute strategies to accelerate organic revenue growth
• • Drive sales productivity, accountability, forecasting and performance
• • Develop Regional and Market Sales leaders
• • Optimize sales processes, CRM adoption and sales enablement
• • Develop customer acquisition and growth strategies
• • Partner with executive leadership on sales plans, forecasts and budgets
• • Help shape incentive programs and performance metrics
• • Build a high-performance, results-oriented sales culture

• • VP, RVP, Division VP, Area VP, GM or comparable executive leadership experience
• • Significant experience leading large-scale B2B field sales organizations
• • Proven success managing leaders who manage other sales leaders
• • Experience with geographically dispersed, multi-market sales teams
• • Track record of driving organic revenue growth
• • Strong sales strategy, CRM, analytics and sales enablement experience
• • Experience in recurring services, business services or another distributed commercial environment strongly preferred
• • Bachelor's degree preferred
