Job Title: Business Development Representative - Post Acute Care Experience (must have)
Reports To: Vice President of Strategy and Business Development
Location: Remote and traveling in TN and AL
Salary: $65,000- $75,000 per year;
Total Compensation up to $150,000 based on productivity
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Development Representative that must have Post Acute Care Experience to join our team and work closely with our Business Development team. This individual will play a critical role in driving growth across our skilled nursing facility (SNF) physician services portfolio. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in the U.S. outpatient and post-acute/skilled nursing space and excels at building strategic partnerships, managing pipelines, and executing with precision.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Pipeline Growth:
- Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities in the skilled nursing and outpatient provider services space.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners.
- Research market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy and targeting.
- Support the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development in shaping strategic BD initiatives across target geographies and verticals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Clinical Leadership) to align business opportunities with organizational readiness.
- Develop and nurture relationships with SNFs, ACOs, medical groups, and other post-acute stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary liaison for inbound business inquiries and strategic introductions.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

- Manage calendars, meeting agendas, follow-ups, and communications on behalf of the Business Development team as needed.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and summaries for executive briefings and partnership meetings.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of strategic and operational meetings with prospective clients and internal teams.
- Track and organize deal flow, proposal status, term sheets, and partnership agreements.
- Maintain and update the business development CRM and pipeline tracking systems.
- Drive weekly pipeline reviews and ensure timely progression of leads and deals.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Clinical teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of new accounts.
- Monitor performance metrics related to BD goals and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, post-acute, or physician services.
- Demonstrated success building partnerships in the U.S. skilled nursing and outpatient care landscape.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, MS Office/Google Workspace, and pipeline reporting tools.
- A self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic and execution-focused with a "no-task-too-small" mentality.
