Deal Makers Wanted – Get Paid Like the Best

If you're grinding out calls selling season tickets for a mediocre team, an ops person with a background in sales, someone working in the cheer or dance industry with a knack for selling, or working in any other job that requires people skills and a high tolerance for sales rejection, we want to talk to you.

We're especially interested in people who know the cheer and/or dance market—whether you've sold into it, worked for a gym or studio, coached, managed operations, or built relationships throughout the industry.

We're hunting winners. Our pay is top-tier: sellers who hit quota make $160K+ OTE, plus benefits and a 401(k) match. No cap. No ceiling. Just upside.

At Baseline, we're building business software for sports people, and it's no small feat. At this very moment, our target user is making their weekly schedule in a Google doc, running a quarter million through their personal Venmo, and promoting their business on a Squarespace that looks like it was built a decade ago.

That includes cheer gyms and dance studios managing classes, teams, private lessons, camps, events, payments, staff, and families across a patchwork of systems.

To say we're evangelists bringing best business practices enlightenment to those who have never seen the light is not hyperbole. At Baseline, we preach that using 7 software solutions to run your business is a cardinal sin, collecting payments before providing services is common sense, automated reminder text messages are a basic courtesy, and marketing is more than hoping people tell their friends.

If you come from the cheer or dance world, you'll be able to speak the customer's language and understand the unique challenges of running a gym or studio. We want you to turn that industry knowledge into trust, relationships, and ultimately new Baseline customers.
