The Sales Specialist supports boutique sales goals and delivers an exceptional client experience in a luxury retail environment. This role works with the sales and selling support teams while maintaining operational and asset protection standards.
Responsibilities- Meet individual sales goals and contribute to the boutique's collective targets.
- Maintain an organized, replenished selling floor and assist with inventory preparation.
- Process accurate transactions and provide administrative support for after-sales service.
- Follow asset protection procedures, support inventory counts, and deliver attentive client service.
- At least 2 years of sales experience; luxury experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with open availability to meet business needs.
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs. without assistance and work in person at the designated location.
