Provide fashion and styling guidance while building customer relationships and growing sales in-store and digitally. Support a customer-ready department and deliver service tailored to each customer.

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide honest advice on style and fit, and develop product knowledge.
• Fill orders, stock and re-merchandise products, process markdowns, and maintain department standards.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and assist in other departments as business needs require.

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to use networking and technology to support sales and work effectively on a team.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule availability and ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting merchandise up to 25 pounds.
