• Contact and convert pre-qualified leads into policyholders
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Life and Health products
• Educate clients on coverage options, policy terms, and claim processes
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales and retention goals
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and agency systems
• Stay compliant with licensing requirements and up-to-date on product knowledge

• Active Life and Health insurance license (Preferred - licensing assistance available)
• Previous experience in Life and Health insurance sales preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Results-driven mindset with strong follow-up abilities
• Comfortable with technology (CRM tools, quoting platforms, virtual meetings)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Spanish/English Bilingual preferred but not required.
