For our client, we are seeking a Director - Small Business Banking Sales to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This leader will oversee small business banking sales strategy and team performance, driving growth across client relationships and product categories. The role is focused on building a high-performing sales organization, strengthening client engagement, and ensuring balanced execution against business objectives. This position will partner closely with leadership to monitor results, coach talent, and improve pipeline discipline across multiple geographies.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $161,726 – $230,791 annually
Responsibilities- Hire, train, and manage a team of small business banking consultants
- Ensure client engagement aligns with organizational mission through training and coaching
- Drive sales performance and achieve goals related to various product categories
- Monitor performance reports to maintain balanced performance across objectives
- Facilitate sales calls and manage the team’s sales pipeline
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in business banking or commercial lending roles
- 7+ years of sales and client management experience with small business banking clients5+ years of experience in sales performance management in financial services
- 10+ years leading successful sales teams across multiple geographies preferred
