Role SummaryWe are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Senior Financial Analysis Manager of Sales Finance to own the Americas finance partnership and serve as a trusted advisor to the Americas Sales SVP and leadership team. This high‑impact role will shape the regional financial narrative, translate business performance into clear executive insights, and influence decisions across growth, productivity, investment allocation, and sales execution.
As a senior member of the Sales Finance organization, you will lead the Americas financial operating rhythm, own topline and end-to-end P&L oversight, and guide strategic choices on headcount, quota capacity, sales productivity, pricing, renewals performance, and route‑to‑market effectiveness. This role requires strong financial judgment, deep understanding of sales dynamics, and the ability to challenge assumptions, frame tradeoffs, and drive alignment across Sales, Finance, and business operations.
- Own the Americas Sales Finance partnership, setting the financial agenda across topline growth, P&A performance, forecast accuracy, investment tradeoffs, and business risks and opportunities.
- Lead the Americas annual operating plan, including headcount, quota capacity, sales compensation, commissions, and investment planning, ensuring resources are aligned to company strategy and expected returns.
- Own the Americas forecast story, connecting pipeline, bookings, renewals, churn, productivity, channel performance, and sales execution into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
- Provide financial leadership on deal economics, pricing decisions, promotional investments, and other commercial initiatives, ensuring decisions balance growth, profitability, risk, and long‑term customer value.
- Partner with Sales and Renewal Sales leaders to define common goals, align on key performance indicators, identify performance gaps, and drive joint accountability for regional outcomes.
- Build decision‑ready financial models that inform sales strategy, pricing, go‑to‑market planning, productivity targets, and resource allocation across direct, channel, and partner‑led motions.
- Identify and lead opportunities to improve the Americas finance operating model, strengthening forecast discipline, decision quality, process efficiency, and the strategic value Finance brings to the business.
