- Oversee sales campaigns across e-commerce and ticketing channels, ensuring a smooth customer journey from launch through sell-out.
- Optimize D2C sales funnels and checkout experiences by analyzing consumer behavior, removing friction, improving conversion rates, and increasing average order value.
- Develop compelling product positioning, commercial hooks, urgency drivers, and purchasing triggers for ticket tiers and merchandise collections.
- Audit storefronts and purchasing journeys regularly to identify opportunities for improved usability and conversion.
- Serve as the primary commercial partner to Marketing, translating revenue objectives into promotional briefs, campaign timelines, and advertising priorities.
- Align paid and organic marketing activity with ticket and merchandise inventory to maximize commercial impact.
