The Salesperson helps customers find shoes that fit their style and needs while building lasting customer relationships. The role supports sales goals through in-store and digital selling, product knowledge, and attentive service.
Responsibilities- Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
- Build customer relationships and provide thoughtful advice on style and fit.
- Develop fashion and product knowledge and enroll customers in the rewards program.
- Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and cleaning.
- Work a variable schedule and occasionally support other departments.
- Strong communication and people skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work well on a team and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
