Role:
Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys' first commercial product targeting hypertension and related conditions like CKD and OSA.
- develop strategic territory plans, educate healthcare providers on the highly selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor lorundrostat, build customer relationships, drive product adoption, and achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, marketing, and reimbursement partners; provide market insights and support launch initiatives; operate in compliance with regulations.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales, preferably in cardiometabolic or specialty areas
- proven sales performance
- strong clinical communication skills
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- launch experience, specialty sales background, and cardiovascular or metabolic therapeutic knowledge
- Focus on hypertension, CKD, sleep apnea
- biologics or small molecules in early commercial phase
- remote work with up to 60% travel
- US salary range $130K-$165K
fully remote, travel required.
