Humbug Holiday Lighting is growing rapidly—and we’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to help us scale.

This is a part-time (to start), 1099 role with a clear path to full-time W2 employment for top performers.

If you’re a self-starter who knows how to close and generate opportunities, this is a chance to build a high‑income sales role with uncapped upside.

• First 90 Days: $10/hour + 10% commission
• After 90 Days: 15% commission
• Up to 18% with performance accelerators
• Average Ticket:
  Residential: ~$3,300;
  Commercial: ~$5,500
• Mileage Reimbursement: IRS rate
• Expected earnings: ~$70K/year;
  Top performers: well into six figures

• Run 3–5 warm inbound leads per week
• Conduct in-person consultations and lighting design sessions
• Close residential and commercial deals
• Generate your own pipeline through:
• Door knocking
• Networking
• Yard signs / door hangers
• Outbound calls
• This is a true outside sales role—you must be comfortable creating your own opportunities

• Close 3 deals/week at ~$3,300: ~$9,900 weekly revenue
• ~$1,485/week at 15% commission
• ~$70K+/year
• More volume or commercial deals = six‑figure potential

• Proven outside or in‑home sales experience (home services a plus)
• Strong closer with a track record of hitting goals
• Type A, self‑motivated, and results‑driven
• Comfortable with commission‑based income
• Not ideal for first‑time sales reps – We train on product—you bring the ability to sell
