Position Overview Seeking a confident B2B Sales and Recruitment Caller to manage outbound cold calling, candidate outreach, lead generation, prospect qualification, objection handling, follow-ups, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will have strong spoken English, Western market calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage professionally with business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities The client is looking for a
** high-energy, confident and commercially minded candidate
** who can handle two core functions:###
** 1. Candidate Outreach / Recruitment Calling
** The candidate will contact people from a provided candidate database/list to:
* Introduce the opportunity.
* Check candidate availability.
* Discuss basic role information.
* Confirm interest.
* Collect/update resumes.
* Follow up with candidates.
* Maintain accurate records.

Initially, the client's existing team will continue to handle the detailed candidate filtering/vetting.

Over time, the successful candidate is expected to learn the client's requirements and gradually take greater ownership of the candidate filtering and outreach process.###
** 2. B2B Business Development Cold Calling
** The second and important responsibility is
** outbound B2B cold calling**.The candidate will:
* Contact prospective business clients.
* Introduce the client's services.
* Identify potential business opportunities.
* Qualify prospects.
* Handle initial objections.
* Follow up with prospects.
* Book appointments with Client or his team.
* Maintain lead and follow-up records.

The candidate is
** not expected to close the final sale**.Their primary objective is:
** Generate qualified conversations and book appointments
** Looking for candidates with:
* ** 3–5+ years B2B sales experience preferred
*** Proven outbound cold-calling experience.
* Appointment-setting experience.
* Lead generation experience.
* Strong spoken English.
