Learn more:  As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time

Mon 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Tue 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors by following post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or unusual conditions.

• Monitor access points and control entry by verifying identification and/or authorization, manage visitor sign-in procedures, and direct traffic as needed.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching assistance, documenting events, and communicating updates to site leadership and/or public responders.

• Operate and monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and radios, and complete shift reports, incident reports, and log entries in accordance with site requirements.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
