Security Officer Rover Driver - Flex

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout commercial property areas including lobbies, parking areas, loading docks, and exterior perimeters; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing foot and vehicle traffic according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including writing clear reports and communicating with site management and/or local responders as needed.;
Perform routine observations and document security-related hazards, maintenance issues, and policy concerns, then escalate findings through the proper channels per post orders.
