Security Guard Campus Patrol - Overnights

Allied Universal - Up to $18.49/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, loading and parking areas, and the property perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy violations, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or property damage.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with property staff and local responders as needed.;
Document patrols, incidents, and maintenance concerns in required reports and/or log systems, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
