Provide customer service to visitors and staff at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas and perimeter areas; document observations and report irregular conditions.;
Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual or unauthorized behavior that may help to deter incidents; support visitor management and identification checks per post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; request assistance from site contacts and/or local emergency resources when needed.;
Complete detailed reports of daily activity, patrols, incidents and/or policy violations; communicate timely updates to Allied Universal management and site representatives.
