This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Security Officer at Conrad Nashville in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The Hotel Security Officer will ensure the safety of guests, team members, and hotel property by patrolling and inspecting the premises, monitoring surveillance, responding promptly to security issues, and enforcing hotel policies. Additional responsibilities include addressing and de-escalating conflicts, assisting guests, coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary, and maintaining accurate incident reports.

• Experience in safety, surveillance, and conducting security patrols
• Knowledge of conflict resolution, de-escalation techniques, and emergency response procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer service abilities, and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with experience in documentation, reporting, and communication
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively
• Prior experience in security within the hospitality industry is advantageous
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly as needed during shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent; security certifications are a plus
