• Current State of TN Unarmed Security Officer License
• Minimum of 2 years successful security officer experience (military, law enforcement, or corrections counts)
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation (posts are located near bus stops)
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must be able to complete a Physical Assessment during training (walk 300 yards, climb a flight of stairs unassisted, lift up to 25 lbs, pass 10‑foot vision test)
