Pay Rate: $20.76 / Hour

Job Schedule:
Day Time Fri 05:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Sat 03:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Sun 03:30 PM – 11:30 PM

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members by following site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies within a hotel and resort location, and when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, hallways, amenities, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including assisting with access concerns, disturbances, medical calls, and/or alarm activations per post orders.
• Monitor access points and common areas, verify authorized entry when required, and communicate professionally with hotel staff regarding security‑related observations and/or requests for assistance.
• Document routine activity, incidents, and corrective actions in reports and logs, and relay pertinent information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
