Job Overview

Security Officer positions (Full‑Time and Part‑Time) in Nashville, TN. Must be licensed as an Armed Security Guard, hold a personal firearm (9mm, .40cal, .45cal; semi‑auto with vest and 2 mags), and have a license card in hand. Salary $25.00 per hour.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
• Vigilance: seeing, hearing, and evaluating; notice potential risks or incidents on customer premises.

• 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (required for armed roles).
• Currently licensed as an Armed Security Guard with card in hand.
• Personal firearm: 9mm, .40cal, or .45cal; semi‑auto, vest, and 2 mags.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, ability to navigate phone apps and write eligible reports.
• At least 1 year of previous armed security experience.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
• Ability to obtain security certification according to the State of Tennessee.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check, and E‑Verification approval.
• Completion of onboarding process, approval/interview with assigned site manager.
• Completion of on‑the‑job training and all other site‑specific training.

  Part‑time role – Monday to Thursday, 12 AM – 6 AM.
