Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity;
