As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will be part of a highly trained security team that supports critical facilities, infrastructure, public venues that require an enhanced presence, and personal protective services.
You will be trained by our team of firearms instructors in safe weapons handling and marksmanship. You are an integral part of the broad spectrum of specialized security services Inter-Con provides its clients every day.

- This area of responsibility is primarily responsible for shift activity and supervision of all the guard posts during the shift.
- The shift supervisor maintains understanding of the responsibilities for each guard post and can fill in for any vacancy at a post.
- The shift supervisor ensures that all posts are covered and that MNAA is notified of events during the shift.
- The shift supervisor communicates via company radio and/or cell phone so that MNAA can contact them to mitigate issues within the contracted party’s responsibility.
- A current guard card license as required by state or local law.
- Must pass a 10-panel drug test prior to placement.
- Must pass a criminal history check (based on fingerprints where permitted by law) independent of state certification requirements.
- Must undergo employment verification back to age 18.
- Must undergo motor vehicle record checks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; possession of a college degree is highly desirable.
- Speak, read, and write English.
- All assigned personnel should be of high integrity and possess exemplary security skills and judgment.
- Assigned personnel should possess above-average computer skills and hold all required licenses, permits and certifications required by the States and/or Countries of assignment.
